How to Copy a Valorant Crosshair (and Import It)

Found a crosshair you like? Learning how to copy a Valorant crosshair takes less than a minute. Every crosshair in VALORANT can be saved as a short share code, and you can paste that code into the game to get the exact same design without changing a single slider by hand. This guide shows how to import a crosshair code, how to share your own, and what to do if a code doesn’t work.

Quick Steps: Import a Valorant Crosshair Code

  1. Copy a crosshair code from our crosshair gallery or crosshair builder.
  2. Launch VALORANT and open Settings.
  3. Go to the Crosshair tab.
  4. Click the Import Profile Code icon next to your crosshair profiles.
  5. Paste the code and click Import.

How to Copy a Valorant Crosshair Step by Step

1. Copy the crosshair code

Browse the Valorant crosshair gallery and click Copy code on the design you want. The button briefly changes to “Copied!” so you know it worked. If you made your own crosshair in the builder, use the Copy code button under the preview.

A crosshair code starts with 0; and looks something like this: 0;P;c;5;h;0;0l;4;0o;2;0a;1;0f;0;1b;0. Copy the whole code exactly as it is, without extra spaces at the start or end.

2. Open the crosshair settings in VALORANT

Start the game and open Settings from the main menu (the gear icon), or press Esc in a match and choose Settings. Then select the Crosshair tab at the top of the settings screen.

4. Select and test your new crosshair

Make sure the new profile is selected in the dropdown. Rename it if you like, so you can find it again later. Then load into the Range and check how the crosshair looks against different backgrounds and while you move and shoot.

How to Share Your Own Crosshair Code

Want to send your crosshair to a friend? Open Settings → Crosshair, select your profile and click the Export Profile Code icon next to the dropdown. The code is copied to your clipboard, and you can paste it into Discord or any chat. You can also paste it into our Valorant crosshair builder to preview it on map backgrounds or tweak it before sharing.

Crosshair Code Not Working? Try This

  • Check the whole code was copied. Codes are long, and missing the first or last characters breaks them. Use the Copy code button instead of selecting the text by hand.
  • Remove extra spaces or line breaks. Some chat apps add them when you paste. The code should be one continuous line starting with 0;.
  • Make sure you’re pasting a crosshair code. Sensitivity values or settings exports from other games won’t import.
  • Check the code in the builder. Paste it into the “Edit an existing code” field in our crosshair builder. If it loads there, copy it again from the builder and import that version.
